We strive to provide our customers with a high-quality dining experience, and we are committed to ensuring that your order is prepared and delivered to your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not satisfied with your order. In these cases, we have a refund policy in place to address your concerns.

Checking for Leakage

Upon receiving your takeout order, please check the bag for any signs of leakage. If the bag is wet or damaged, and the food is affected, please inform our staff immediately. We will gladly replace your order or issue a refund. However, if you leave the restaurant and the food is damaged due to external factors, such as accidental drops or mishandling, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Food Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your food, such as overcooked or burnt items, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will take every measure to rectify the situation, either by offering a replacement dish or providing a full refund for the affected items. Please note that refunds will not be issued for the entire order if the issue is limited to specific items.

Wrong Food Items

In the event that you receive the wrong food items, we kindly request that you inform our staff as soon as possible. If the incorrect item remains untouched, you may choose to keep it without any additional charge. If you prefer to return the item, we will either replace it with the correct order or issue a full refund. However, if you choose to keep the incorrect item and consume a portion of it, you will be charged half the price of the item.

Additional Notes

Please note that all refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order. We may request additional information or evidence to support your claim. Our management team will review each situation and make a fair and reasonable decision based on the circumstances.

We would like to inform you that Oriental Orchid will be temporarily closed for the holiday season beginning December 20th, 2025, and will remain closed through January 13th, 2026.
